YOU MUST BE REGISTERED WITH JAYAN THOMAS TO ATTEND THE FOLLOWING GROUPS, CALL TODAY TO JOIN!
Women's MS Support Group 2nd and 4th Wednesdays	Men's MS Support Group 3rd Tuesday of each month
Women's MS Support Group 1st and 3rd Thursdays	Monday Night Dinner Group
Multi-Ethnic MS Outreach First Monday of Every Month
We encourage you to invite friends to these groups. However, for support groups, referrals to these groups will need to contact Jayan Thomas, LCSW, LMFT, MSCS, before attending the group. Jayan Thomas,LCSW, LMFT, provides mental health services to individuals diagnosed with multiple sclerosis (MS) as well as family members. Ms. Thomas received her undergraduate degree from Center College in Danville, Kentucky, and her graduate degree from the University of Louisville. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Kentucky. She has several years experience providing direct clinical servics to individuals, couples, families, and groups. She provides daily services through individual appointments
