Louisville Comprehensive Care MS Center, Inc. is a grassroots nonprofit organization that was established in July of 2004 by a group of individuals who have multiple sclerosis (MS), treat MS, or have a friend or relative with MS. The MS Center is not affiliated with any national MS organization. All MS Center programs are funded through public contributions, grants, and local and national foundations. The Center does not charge fees for membership or for any of its programs or services offered to the MS community.

Since 2004, MS patients, their families and friends, healthcare providers, and others, have turned to us with their needs and received personal attention, information, and assistance. While many things have changed since 2004, our mission "to enhance the quality of life of individuals living with MS through education, advocacy, and education" has and will not change.

In today’s sobering economic climate, the demand for our programs and services has increased. The number of clients served has quadrupled since we opened our doors to the public. Because of this, your donation is crucial in helping individuals with MS meet their daily needs and improve their quality of life.

Please take the time to view the brief descriptions of the programs and services we provide to meet the many needs of individuals living with MS. When you adopt-a-program, your donation is earmarked to that specific program, allowing us to sustain the existing program and help additional individuals.
