A Variety of Educational Programs

Education is one of the core components of Louisville Comprehensive Care MS Center's mission statement. Education is key to the successful management of multiple sclerosis (MS). MS is a progressively debilitating and unpredictable disease that affects young adults between the ages of 20 to 50. It is the most common neurological disorder among young adults and symptoms vary from patient to patient. Presently, there is no cure for MS, but there are treatment options available to slow down the progression of the disease and to manage the disease. Because of the medical advances being made in research and treatments, the MS Center is committed to educating the individual living with MS on the latest information in an effort to improve their quality of life.
